Consideration will be given to: 1) residential and industrial land investments in Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, Texas, and other Sunbelt states; 2) U.S. farmland of 500 acres or more; and 3) commercial properties of at least 75,000 square feet located in primary and secondary U.S. markets. Of particular interest today are higher growth markets including: Phoenix, Tucson, Las Vegas, Reno, Denver, Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham, Atlanta, Houston, and the Gulf Coast states.
